Happy Sunday everyone. Normally I’m not a sequin type of girl, but there was something about this bomber that caught my eye. And it’s so perfect for the holiday season. While I think it would be perfect for night out combined with a dress or slacks, for this shoot, I opted for a pair of boyfriend jeans and pumps for a more relaxed daytime vibe. I hope you like it.
Happy Sunday everyone! Ten days since my last post and it feels way too long. Last week I made a trip to Wisconsin to an ailing relative and fashion was the last thing on my mind. I am happy to say that things seem to be improving which is wonderful news. It was also the first time I ever got a chance to see snow falling from the sky. It was cold but really beautiful.
The fall weather here in LA keeps teasing me…80 degrees then 70 then 60 then back to 80. Yesterday, I decided I didn’t care and was going to wear this fall look matter what. Fortunately, the weather was cool and I didn’t look silly doing this shoot.
While I wanted to keep the look simple with jeans and tall boots I felt something was missing. Fortunately, I received this beautiful ‘Black Berries’ necklace from ShinyMix a couple weeks ago and could not wait to wear it. I thought it added just the right classy and chic touch this outfit needed. I hope you like it.
Hi everyone. Well, I had to battle through some technical glitches with my blog (WTF does ‘HTTP Error’ mean anyway?) but I finally was able to get this post published. I found this striped long short at J. Crew and thought it would be some different for me to try. I paired it with black jeggings from DSTLD and an extra long burgundy belt to wrap around to break up the pattern. And thinking it just needed that extra touch of something I added this beautiful Havana necklace from Geoffrey Scott. So, http error, aside, I hope you like it.
Hello Weekend! One of the things I love about fashion is how an entire look can be inspired by a a single item like a blazer, a pair of shoes, a necklace or even a hat. But today it was all about this beautiful Italian Horn clutch from Vince Camuto. This chic grey clutch has a beautiful, animal print pattern and soft texture. The optional chain gave me the versatility to wear it over the shoulder or clasped in one hand. While this clutch would look great with any look here I decided to go with this chic, light colored palette. I hope you like it.
Hi everyone. For this look, I started with these super comfy, distressed boyfriend jeans. For the top, I decided to add this unique, silk and jersey, plaid-panel, navy sweater from Armani Exchange. For some fun, I added these new, super-sexy pumps from Dolce Vita. I debated between the black and brown but went with practicality since I knew I could the black ones with more outfits. And, for a preppy touch, I added a Peter-Pan collared shirt underneath. I hope you like it.
