Hi everyone. For this look, I started with these super comfy, distressed boyfriend jeans. For the top, I decided to add this unique, silk and jersey, plaid-panel, navy sweater from Armani Exchange. For some fun, I added these new, super-sexy pumps from Dolce Vita. I debated between the black and brown but went with practicality since I knew I could the black ones with more outfits. And, for a preppy touch, I added a Peter-Pan collared shirt underneath. I hope you like it.
I hope everyone had a nice relaxing Labor Day weekend. One of the fun things about doing a fashion blog is changing up your look from week to week and post to post. After doing an conservative office look and then a sexy night on the town jumpsuit I decided to try a bit of a rocker edge look today. Here I paired this short, plaid dress with a biker jacket and knee high boots. I hope you like it.
Happy Labor Day weekend everyone. For this shoot I wanted to play with patterns and I decided to go with a check patterned pencil skirt and check pattern sleeveless top. On paper I would not think similar patterns would look a little busy but when I tried these on they just seemed to work together and it felt like something I would love to wear to the office. The key here that made this work for me was the wide, black bow belt which broke up the two patterns and anchored the look. Never under estimate the power of a simple belt.
Hi everyone, I hope you are having a great weekend. I’ve always been a fan of well tailored shirts and when I saw this pinstripe shirt from Equipment I instantly fell in love with it. It’s a must have in anyone’s wardrobe. Here, I paired it with this pair of white jeans for a clean and crisp summer look. This shirt to me says chic, elegant and most of all classy. I hope you like it.
