Hi everyone. I took advantage of the long Memorial weekend and headed to sunny Palm Springs for a little rest and relaxation. Just outside the city is this desert area with huge windmills in the distance. It was windy and hot but looked like a great place for a shoot. I went with these old, cut-off shorts I made myself and the white version of the black, half-sheer top I wore on my May 22nd post. This time I made sure to show the large slit in the back. I am not great at packing and as usual I forgot something I needed – my flat iron. So, I had to leave my hair au naturale. I like my curly hair but find it is just much easier to manage when it is straight. I hope you like the photos.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful, long weekend. It was a beautiful clear evening so I decided to make my way down to the beach near the Santa Monica Pier to try and catch the sunset. I haven’t been there in months and it felt so good to have my feet in the sand again and hear the crashing waves. The temperature was still a little cool so I decided to go with this blue linen shirt and white jeans. This comfortable and casual outfit suited my mood and worked perfectly for a peaceful stroll with just me and the seagulls.
I hope everyone is having a great week. Today, I decided to go with an all black outfit. I bought this half-sheer, sleeveless top about two weeks ago along with a matching white one which you will probably be seeing in a set very soon. The lightweight feel is perfect for summer. To offer a bit of contrast I opted for these neutral, laced heels. I hope you like it.
I’ve been on the hunt for a white blazer for a while now, and, as most of you know, I love blazers. I came across this wonderful blazer and instantly fell in love with it. The tailoring is well done and the fit is just right. I paired it with a colorful t-shirt from Zara and boyfriend jeans. Have a great weekend everyone.
Beautiful day today so I decided to keep my outfit simple with these white linen shorts and silk top. I added these blue wedges to pick up the blue in the graphic-patterned top. I went with the blue handbag again but this time added the straps. I hope you like it.
